In this 2 day course you will cover all the bushcraft skills of living in the woods such as fire-lighting, navigation and shelterbuilding. Plenty of time is given for you to practice the techniques in a hands on way. We will be living on snowshoes and in walled tents with wood burning stoves as we explore the wilderness in winter. You will be shown how to make: spoons, walking sticks, Rustic Dolls, flip toasters, whistle, skinning tools, candle lanterns, bowls, arrowheads, fire-making sets, knife-sharpening boards, wythe basket, solar compass (weather permitting!) amongst other skills. Evenings will be spent in your woodland camp or around the campfire. Course starts 9am on day 1 and will finish at 3pm on day 2. Course price includes all crafting materials, insurance and instruction.
